Applywith and the company TEKOWAY comply with the most stringent European and French standards in terms of protection of privacy and personal data. TEKOWAY has declared the treatments of the Applywith solution to the National Commission on Informatics and Liberty under number 1905570 v 0.

Each customer or user may, upon his registration or at any time thereafter, request to receive and, subsequently, request free of charge/ via Applywith to stop receiving the newsletter of Applywith and / or promotional offers as may be directed to him by email and / or on his mobile from Applywith and the company TEKOWAY and / or its partners.

1. When and why do we collect the information about you?

2. What kind of information do we collect?

   The personal information collected by Applywith and the company TEKOWAY may, as appropriate, include your name, postal address and / or email, landline number and / or mobile phone number, banking information.

   Regarding to the customers, the detailed information, such as the name, postal address and / or email, landline number and / or mobile phone number, banking information, SIRET number, intra-community VAT number, Company identification number for non-French professionals.

   In addition, certain non-personal information may be collected as the browser version of the Player or any user (Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Firefox etc.), the type of the used operating system (Windows, Mac Os, etc.) , IP address of used computer and the location thereof.

   Applywith and the company TEKOWAY may use the cookies, designed to store the information identifying the player while connected to the Applywith in order to avoid the having to enter them manually for each new page. 3. Who has access to this information?

The personal information provided in result of your registration will not be accessible to third parties or transmitted, or sold or exchanged, except in the cases referred to General Sale Conditions and subject to your prior information and your prior consent, or in absence of opposition from your part.

We are likely to send you, subject to your prior explicit agreement and informed when the registration and unless you are opposed to when registration or at any time thereafter, promotional offers from some of our partners. If you prefer not to receive the offers that we select for you or that our partners may send you, you can indicate so when you register or subsequently, at any time in your column “My Account” in Applywith or by post.
   3. Applywith and the company TEKOWAY may sometimes divide the non-nominative general socio-demographic information with the selected partners to allow them to target their announcements (by age category, gender, etc.).
